How guests are counted
A guest is one verified e-mail address or one voucher used in a calendar month, across all your sites — however many times they connect. If you go over, guests keep connecting and we let you know; only after three months in a row over the quota are new guests paused, with two weeks’ notice.
Requirements
UniFi access points and a UniFi OS console running UniFi Network 9.x or 10.x. Router and firewall can be any brand: you only need port forwarding to the UniFi console.

Plans & billing
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Plans include 1, 3, 10 or 25 sites, each with its own UniFi controller, settings and statistics.
Can MSPs manage multiple customers?
Yes. A reseller account can run several portals — one per customer — and configure them, without access to the customers’ guest personal data. Contact us to set one up.
How are guests counted?
A guest is one verified e-mail address or one voucher used in a calendar month across all your sites, no matter how often they connect. The Enterprise plan has no guest limit.
What if I exceed my plan?
Guests keep connecting. We warn you at 80, 90 and 100% of the monthly quota. Only after three consecutive months over the quota are new guests paused — with two weeks’ notice — until you move to a larger plan.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, from your account at any time. Every plan has the same features, so you only move up when you need more sites, access points or guests.
How is billing handled?
Payments, invoices and taxes are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Prices are shown excluding VAT, in EUR, CHF or USD; VAT is added at checkout, where business customers can enter their VAT number.
