Customize the sign-in page: logo, colours and languages
Updated
The page guests see when they connect carries your brand. You set it up in Portal settings → Look and access, with a Preview next to the form that updates as you type.
Look
Field | Notes |
|---|---|
Colours | Main colour (buttons and links), page background, box background and text. Button text turns white or dark automatically to stay readable. |
Name | The name shown to guests, up to 60 characters. |
Welcome text | One text per language. |
Logo | SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP, max 1 MB; shown up to 64 px high and 240 px wide. |
Name under the logo | Hide it if the logo already contains the name. |
A field left empty uses the value shown in grey. Save with Save customization.
After sign-in
Post-login redirect URL sends guests to a page of your choice after sign-in, for example your website. You can also set a short text for the page they see right after.
Languages
In Portal languages, choose among Italian, German, French, English and Spanish.
The portal opens in the language of the guest’s browser if it is among the active ones; otherwise in the Default language.
With several active languages, guests can switch at the bottom of the page.
If a text is missing in a language, it is shown in English.
A site that looks different
With two or more sites, each site can have its own logo, colours, texts and languages: in Sites → site → Customise the site, choose Specific to this site. Fields left empty stay as in the portal. See Manage several sites and users.
