Statistics, guest log and exports

Three pages tell you how your guest Wi‑Fi is used: the dashboard for today, statistics for trends and the log for individual registrations.

Dashboard

Today at a glance: guests awaiting authentication, verified guests, active authorizations and Registrations today, with the Latest registrations. If your plan has a monthly guest quota, you also see how many guests you had this month.

Statistics

Under Data & privacy → Statistics, choose the period (this month, 3, 6 or 12 months, or a date range) and the site. You find:

• verified accesses, total traffic, average session and traffic per access, compared with the previous period;

• traffic and guests per month, by site;

• portal language, devices, new or returning guests, access and verification method, accesses with a sponsor;

• peak hours and days and the most used access points.

Each chart can be exported as CSV with the page filters. Statistics contain only totals, with no personal data, and are updated hourly.

Log

Under Data & privacy → Log you find all guest registrations, with search by guest, sponsor or MAC and filters by status and date. Export CSV downloads the filtered list.

Notifications

• The bell tells you when you approach your plan’s monthly guest quota (80%, 90% and 100%) or exceed the number of access points it includes.

• Live notifications, which you can turn on in your account, show a notice at the bottom when a guest gets access or waits for the sponsor, with first name and last-name initial only.
