Free trial, plans, invoices and cancellation

Sosto Labs Captive Portal is a monthly or yearly subscription. Plans differ in the number of sites, access points and guests per month; every feature is included in every plan. Current prices and limits are on the Pricing page.

The free trial

• Every customer’s first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial.

• At checkout you enter a payment method: if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing, otherwise the subscription starts and is charged automatically.

• Customers who already had a subscription, even just a trial, pay from day one.

Payments and invoices

Payments, invoices and taxes are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Prices are shown excluding VAT: VAT and other taxes are added at checkout, where business customers can enter their VAT number. You pay in EUR, CHF (Switzerland and Liechtenstein) or USD (United States).

In your account, under Subscriptions → Invoices and all subscriptions, you find invoices, payment method and renewals. Purchases, payments and cancellations are handled by the account owner.

Change plan

From Subscriptions, choose Change plan: you see a preview of the amount before confirming. The change applies immediately and the difference for the current period is prorated.

Cancel

With Cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly or yearly period: until then the service stays active.

Refunds

Every new subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee: we fully refund the first payment if you ask within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are issued by Paddle. Details are in the refund policy.
